The following is the list of assignments and their associated tasks for BINGO.

Kitchen

1. Please arrive by 5:15 p.m. with a baked good.

2. Once you arrive, please make popcorn. The directions for using the popcorn machine are posted in the kitchen.

3. Using the posed price list, sell food and beverage items.

4. Kitchen helpers work until after intermission.

5. After intermission, the kitchen will close and you can begin cleaning. The list of task to complete are posted in the kitchen.

6. Once all closing/cleaning tasks are completed, take the cash box to Ms. Jenny and you are able to go home.

Instant BINGO

1. The Instant BINGO workers arrive by 5:30 p.m. with a baked good.

2. Begin selling Instant BINGO Tickets at the direction of Ms. Jenny. She will let you know which ones to sell.

3. It is important to circulate among the participants to sell tickets.

4. Once BINGO begins at 7:00 p.m., continue to sell Instant Tickets until Ms. Jenny indicates no more will be sold.

5. The Instant BINGO worker is also reponsible for calling back the winning numbers to verify the winning card.

6. Once BINGO has ended for the evening, please assist Ms. Jenny and the Caller in cleaning the Activity Center.

Caller

1. Caller needs to arrive by 6:45 p.m.

2. Ms. Jenny will provide you with any final instructions before you begin.

3. Once a person has announced "BINGO", the Instant BINGO worker will call back the numbers. Please verify those numbers to the group.

4. Please do not dump the balls at the end of each game until Ms. Jenny has directed you to do so.

5. Once BINGO has ended, please assist Ms. Jenny and the Instant BINGO worker in cleaning the Activity Center.

Bakers

1. Bakers need to bring a baked good by 5:00 p.m.

2. If you bring a homemade item, please bring it in a disposable container. If you use a container from home that you want returned, please be sure your name is on it. It will then be placed in the kitchen for you to pick up at a later time.

3. If you are unable to bring your item on Saturday, you are welcome to drop it off at school on Friday.

4. As a last resort, you can provide the Captain with monetary donation to purchase your baked good.
